I was really going for the wow factor this week and came up with these beautiful little treats. They are really pretty, have a light fluffy sponge and a little fondant or not so little fondant love box topper which looked really pretty and so inviting! The decoration is made using the floral side stencil as received in issue 11 and a little edible dusting powder, which gave them a real luxurious look. These were gone in seconds when I put them out for the guests and they were thoroughly enjoyed by all.
